Wardrobe Fit & Refresh

Discover the potential in customizing your existing clothes through tailoring, mending, and more. Through lively, group discussions, as well as one-on-one fittings, we will identify common problems and tackle solutions head-on, using hand and machine sewing techniques. We will cover everything from common fit adjustments, simple design mods, and various mending techniques, to more creative and decorative improvements. The best part being time dedicated to all those little projects you’ve been meaning to get to! Bring as many garments in need of refreshing as you want, we’ll get to as much as we can. You can bring clothes you've made or clothing you purchased from a store. This is a "workshop-style" class guided by the participants needs, there not is not a set project.

Supplies: We will have various supplies and notions for you to use: thread, sewing tools, rulers, and some scrap fabrics. If you require a specific tool, please bring your own basic sewing supplies.
