Sewing & Craft Summer MINI Camp - Ages 12-15

Sew and craft with us this summer! This is a half-day summer MINI camp for youth Ages 12-15. No sewing or crafting experience is needed. Each camper will try their hand at machine and hand sewing, crafting and fabric dyeing. We will learn how to cut and sew patterns for both clothing and accessories. 

The theme for this year is, "Express Yourself" and the focus is on learning how to express your unique style with confidence and learning how to take care in what you make, use good materials, and enjoy the process.

Date: June 12th-14th
Time: 2pm-5pm
Location: Village Fabric Shop & The Barn (across the sidewalk from the shop!)


This is a half-day summer camp experience. All the materials needed for each project are included in the cost of the camp.

Required Summer Camp Form
The parent or guardian is responsible for filling out a liability and release waiver for each child that is registered. 
Please download this PDF form, fill out and return in person to the shop or scan and email to shop@villagefabricshop.com before the start date of camp.

Materials: We will have all the sewing machines, fabric and crafting supplied needed for camp. If the camper prefers to use their own machine, that is fine please bring on the first day of camp and we can store the machine at the shop for the duration of camp. 

Note: Please wear clothing that can get dirty - we will be crafting and may cause cause a mess.




Camp Schedule: 
Each camper will have their choice of sewing their own custom T-shirt or comfy shorts and their choice of crafting project of a quilted water bottle caddy or throw pillow.
