Embroidery 101 - Embellish your Clothing!
Learn the fun and versatile craft of hand embroidery. This class will teach you the basic embroidery stitches needed to add some style to a garment you love. Bring a garment (or garments) you want to work with and Alice will teach you how to add beautiful hand embroidery. Bring your jeans, jean jackets, dresses, tanks and tees, the possibilities are endless!
An embroidery starter kit is included in the cost of the workshop

| Instructor Bio: | Alice Jette is an artist and illustrator living in Winston Salem, NC. She has always been creating and enjoying art. Alice notices the inherent emotion and atmosphere of plants and people alike. Her favorite mediums are embroidery, watercolor, and colored pencil. Her work is heavily inspired by folk art from various cultures. |
