Sewing & Craft Summer MINI Camp - Ages 12-15
Sew and craft with us this summer! This is a half-day summer MINI camp for youth Ages 12-15. No sewing or crafting experience is needed. Each camper will try their hand at machine and hand sewing, crafting and fabric dyeing. We will learn how to cut and sew patterns for both clothing and accessories.
The theme this year is, "SEW COZY," and the focus is on sewing and crafting things to help us relax, unwind and feel cozy and comfortable. We will make personalized projects and learn how to cut and sew from patterns. We will build our skills throughout the week and everyone will walk away with unique and beautiful creations and the confidence to craft and sew again.

Time: 1pm-4pm
Location: Village Fabric Shop & The Barn (across the sidewalk from the shop!)
This is a half-day summer camp experience. All the materials needed for each project are included in the cost of the camp.
Required Summer Camp Form
The parent or guardian is responsible for filling out a liability and release waiver for each child that is registered.

Materials: We will have all the sewing machines, fabric and crafting supplied needed for camp. If the camper prefers to use their own machine, that is fine please bring on the first day of camp and we can store the machine at the shop for the duration of camp.
Note: Please wear clothing that can get dirty - we will be crafting and may cause cause a mess.
Camp Schedule:
Monday - Solar Dyeing - use the power of the sun to dye your own custom fabric!!!
Tuesday - Party Pillowcase -learn or review sewing machine basics and make a custom pillow case!
Wednesday - Hoodies!- Learn how to sew a simple hoodie, get comfy!
