Shipping and Returns

Covid 19 has caused delays in shipping and handling. Once we ship an item we will send you a tracking number. At that time, we have no control over when the item gets to you. 


We make every effort to ship and package orders in a timely manner. Every order will go out in 2-5 business days of placing the order. If there is a problem with your order (our inventory was accidentally incorrect and we only have 1 of the 2 things you ordered) we will email you within two business days of receiving your order to fix the issue. 

You will get an email confirmation when you place your order, and a tracking number once it ships. If you do not receive these emails please call us and let us know. 

We use USPS or UPS for shipping. 

We currently only ship to the US. 


We do our best to keep our rates low, but shipping costs continuously rise. Purchasing more items will give you the best value on shipping.

Commitment to Environmental responsibility

We use recycle packing to be environmentally responsible whenever possible. If your package has plastic, it is either reused or compostable. We mail in recyclable paper mailers or reuse mailers that are sent to us. 


What is your return policy: 

We want to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase. If anything comes up with your order please email us or call 336-893-8516. 

We cannot accept returns on any fabric, books, patterns, or sale items. These are final sale and may not be returned.

If you receive the wrong item, are missing an item, or an item was damaged, please let us know within 72 hours of receiving your package. We will fix our mistake, and absorb all shipping costs associated with this. 

If you are unsatisfied with packaged purchases, such as a kit or notions, we will accept a return for store credit or exchange within 30 days of original date of purchase. Items must be unopened and in original condition when they are returned to us. We are unable to credit back shipping fees or cover the cost of shipping a return to us. 

For any returned merchandise, please be sure to include your order number, email address and phone number so we can credit your account.

For exchanges, you are responsible for shipping costs to send the exchange back to us, and we will cover the shipping cost of sending a new item back for one time only. Please contact us via email or phone informing us you are sending an exchange and what you’re exchanging it for, and we will set aside the new item for you until the original item is received.
