The paper pattern option is a printed pattern and step by step instructions for making a 18x18" Wool Felt Pillow Cover.
The Pattern and Felt option comes with the pattern and 8 rainbow colors of felt, white felt for the pillow front, and black felt for the pillow backing. The colors are the same as the pictured pillow.
